Small 3 plot townhouse development. 3 storey houses were chosen to maximise the site’s potential. With tall buildings relatively close to each other, getting light into the middle of the houses was the initial challenge. This was achieved by constructing a central atrium featuring a spiral staircase with a large rooflight and glass wall.
